When u look, u will find... the most amazing things!

First day of CNY, and we did our routine visiting. The first stop'd always b my Godpa's, who also happens to be my uncle, but because he remained single, brother and I decided to self-proclaim ourselves his Godchildren but of cos he welcomed the thought and we're now (have been for years actually) lawfully his, well yes, Godchildren (penchant for using the same word too many times in a sentence aye. =/ )

Because my Godpa used to live with my Grandparents, and ever since they've departed, he's been living in the cosy 3 room flat on his own. Just today, upon visitation, my brother decided to explore the Grandparents' room, and look what he found...

Believe it if u will! Banana money! Ancient stuff I tell u! My Dad then decided it was too good to leave behind at my Godpa's so he slipped it into his pocket and announced that he'll b the keeper of possibly the last 2 pieces of World War 2 currency around! Cool shit! And...

I present to u, my brother. Wasn't he an atrocious looking child..? Haha. Kidding, VT1. My Grandma put this picture of my brother under the glass of her dressing table and I think it has been there ever since. My brilliant brother had to go and take it out, moving possibly the last thing that is still in the exact position my Grandma left it.

My brother (he was exploring) also found my Grandpa's passport and from the passport we found out that my Grandpa could have actually lived to a hundred if he had lived for another 7 years counting from this year! And my mum said, "After ur Grandma passed away, he gave up living."

Mannnnn, so sweet right?

Anyway, I hope everyone's having a great CNY! Go go go, ang pow more more! =D
